Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Currently we are not offering exchanges or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition, with the cali + coco boutique tag and should not show any signs of wear. Packaging slip must accompany your return. 

Returns will not be accepted if: 
- Items have been worn
- Items have been washed
- Items without tags
- Items bought with a gift card or store credit
- Sale items*

 

*Discounted items are final sale.  

We reserve the right to deny a return if merchandise does not meet the above criteria or if upon inspection of merchandise there is damage that was not previously reported.

*The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Once we have received your returned item, we will let you know within 3 business days if your return is accepted. After acceptance, we will process your return immediately and email you a gift card in the original amount (minus shipping) of your purchased item. 

Our merchandise is inspected prior to shipping but if in the event that you should receive a damaged item, the damage must be reported to shopcalicoco@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date.
